Pricing Structure
Our service can be charged on an hourly basis (£50.00 per hour) or negotiated as a fixed fee contract.
A 30% deposit is required before project commencement. Stage payments are then negotiable and are dependant on the scale of the commission. Final payment is required on completion of the design scheme. Payment of the design fee is not dependent on progression of the project.
Payment of construction costs are as follows:
20% on confirmation of the works
20% 4 days prior to the commencement of the works
30% midway through project
30% on completion
All orders placed (such as furniture, soft furnishings, lighting art work etc) through Design Works will require full payment prior to ordering.
